Mission Statement
We strive to provide the highest quality ongoing and individualized care for each client, their family, and their entire treatment team through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Vision Statement
Our ultimate goal is to be the premier ABA services provider throughout Massachusetts, offering an accurate treatment approach to each patient and short to long-term effectiveness no matter which developmental disability they’re diagnosed with.
Our Philosophy
No child, adolescent, or adult with special needs are the same. Every family circumstance is unique – with routines, social circles, caregivers, and schedules that support your family’s lifestyle. At Quality ABA, we understand this and believe that focusing on building custom treatment plans that are unique to each individual as they progress will foster growth and long-term success.
How We Work
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach to understanding behavior. ABA refers to a set of principles that focus on how behaviors change, or are affected by the environment, as well as how learning takes place. The ultimate goal of ABA is to establish and enhance socially significant behaviors. Through applied behavior analysis, we create positive interactions within our client’s home and a deeper involvement within their community and schools. Treatment starts by listening to the needs and concerns of every member of the treatment team. Parents and caregivers are recognized as valuable members of our client’s treatment team and a deeply collaborative relationship is established early on. We then create a treatment package placing a strong focus on the use of a parent coaching element, which is proven to promote greater generalization and independence across all areas of life. Treatment plans are evaluated and revised to continually meet the needs of our clients and continue to create the most positive experience for them and their families.
Our Team
Our staff are carefully interviewed and selected based on their education, experience and approach to working with those exhibiting developmental needs and challenging behaviors.
